She said that if you are short on time, you should try a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) run on Peloton Digital. Apparently, HIIT is where you alternate short bursts of high intensity efforts with short recoveries. This is apparently the perfect workout to do when you only have 20 minutes or so.
